An Italian restaurant in the basement of Yaesu. The pizza is Neapolitan style baked in a kiln. If it's a pizzeria, there is usually no lunch menu for Margherita, so it should be Italian rather than pizzeria. The atmosphere is fashionable, so I think it's good for dinners and drinking parties with less shoulder strength.
